We are a group of graduate students and postdoctoral scholars invested in promoting equity and access in higher education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) for minoritized students, specifically, caste-oppressed and religious minority students, in or from South Asia.
Our one-on-one mentorship program aims to give students and scholars from marginalized communities the tools and support to apply to and thrive in graduate programs in STEM.
